I know in Lagos generally and in Port Harcourt there are many t-printers. In port harcourt, theres an area called D-Line that has many printers that can print your design on tshirts, cups, posters...usually for politicians and all dat.
Maybe if you say where you live, people in dat zone can tell you of a particular printer...I think they are many
